• The cancellation policy applies both to the itinerary and individual services.

• If the total amount exceeds 1,000,000 JPY, all the services are non-refundable / non-changeable after 32 days prior to the travel date.

  • The following services are non-refundable even if canceled more than 32 days before the travel date:
    • Wabunka experiences with a “non-refundable / non-changeable once a booking is made” policy
    • Wabunka experiences and other services whose cancellation policies take effect earlier than 32 days before the travel date

• If the itinerary is subject to change, J-CAT will inform the guests of the deposit payment deadline, and the guests will be asked to pay by the due date.

• Guests are asked to pay the deposit fee of approximately 30% of the total amount when the itinerary is fixed.

  • The deposit fee is non-refundable.
  • Guests are asked to pay the remaining amount at least 33 days prior to the start date.
  • The following are ****non-refundable:
    • Wabunka experiences that are past the cancellation deadline
    • Activity tickets (non-refundable / non-changeable once secured)
    • Non-Wabunka experiences (non-refundable / non-changeable once secured)

• City Tours We respectfully inform our valued guests that, once our cancellation policy takes effect, all arrangements for your private tour will be considered final. At that point, we will no longer be able to accommodate any adjustments, including changes to the date or time, itinerary, or the number of participants.

  As each private experience is meticulously prepared to your specifications, we appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.
